you can eat anything you want, just as long as you offset the bad things that come with it by EXERCISING! People need to stress that more
Not true! You can’t eat anything you want just because you exercise, because it’s not just about calorie/fat content, it’s also about sugars and other stuff you’re ingesting that cannot simply be fixed with exercise. However, my point is that if you don’t want to exercise, then don’t. Because like I said, no matter how you treat your body, you’re going to die anyway, it’s just a matter of length. If you have more fun doing things besides exercising, then do that instead, understanding that you will most likely die young/have complications that may impair your ability to continue to do the things you love (meaning you’ve done the cost-benefit analysis). It’s all about what matters more to you - I sometimes exercise/eat healthy food when I feel like it because I want to continue to do the things I love. However, some of the things I love include indulging in amazing food and, sometimes, not moving for extended periods of time.
Lately, I’ve been quite Epicurean. You’re going to die regardless of how you treat your body, so you might as well eat whatever you want. Remember when Jeff Winger found out he had high cholesterol even though he treated his body like a temple?
